Every journey is different, and there are times when a more specific therapeutic approach may be the most effective way to support you.

Counselling & Therapy

Life has a way of surprising us, and there are moments in all of our lives when we need a little extra care and support. During these times, thoughts and feelings can become difficult to carry alone, and it is precisely in these moments that therapy or counselling can make a meaningful difference.

Counselling provides a safe, confidential, and nurturing space where you can explore whatever difficulties or distress you may be carrying. Together, we work to uncover and trust the capabilities and strengths already within you, while equipping you with practical tools and strategies to face the specific challenges in your life.

You might seek counseling when:

  • You have experienced something extreme and painful and struggle coping with it - see trauma counselling

  • You struggle with issues such as depression, anxiety, anger, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, alcohol…

  • You have concerns about (raising) your children - see parent counselling

  • You feel something is ‘missing’ in your life and would like to talk this through with someone on the outside;

  • Or you might just need a place to vent your feelings and discuss doubts in a confidential setting.

See the counselling process for more information about the way forward.
